Michael Yeo (Ph.D.) is a philosopher in the Research Directorate of the Canadian Medical Association and an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa. Anne Moorhouse (R.N., Ph.D.) is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto.
