Permission for material that has been reprinted from another source in a Broadview publication: Please be sure to check the acknowledgements page of the Broadview publication from which you wish to reprint before submitting your request. If you wish to obtain permission to reprint, copy, or post on a website material that has been reprinted in a Broadview publication but originally published elsewhere, permission should be obtained from the copyright holder if the material is in copyright; no permission is required if the work is in the public domain, and if the material includes no additional text originating in the Broadview publication (introduction, headnotes, explanatory notes, etc). If the request to reprint does include such additional material originating in the Broadview publication, then permission is required both from the original copyright holder and from Broadview.
